Brief Introduction

CXT-90Ⅱ Multi-function Indicator for Tower Crane integrated load moment indicator with anti-collision & zone protection system and remote online monitoring system.

It indicates real time working states of tower crane and tower crane group both in operator cabin and online.In the meantime it combines functions including black box, anti-collision & zone protection.

The system is applicable to various types of level-jib ,luffing tower cranes ,travel type and fixed type.

Users can choose part or all of the system's functions according to their needs.

Main Features

1. The system is suitable for various types of tower cranes, and can accurately provide the operatorsthe current working states of tower cranes through LCD,rated load, actual load, hook amplitude,hook height, wind speed, slewing angle and etc.
2.Automatically store tower crane working records. The records can be queried on the device or
downloaded through the data line or search, download and print on the office computer.
3.Real - time and remote monitoring of tower crane, remote sensor fault diagnosis and GPS position.
4. Up to 30 tower cranes can be connected to realize anti-collision between tower cranes and zone protection.
5. When the lifting weight reaches 90% of the rated lifting weight, it will give an early warning, 100%  will give an alarm, 105% will give an alarm, and will automatically cut off the danger act.
6. The system occupies small space and it is easy to be installed, neither needs to change in any
structure of the tower crane nor effects on using of the existing mechanical safety equipment,
so it gives double protection to the tower crane.
